Carol Lampman joined Transwave in August 2000 and serves as the company’s financial operations leader, reporting directly to the Chairman. With more than two decades of experience at Transwave, she oversees the company’s finance, human resources, and administrative support functions, playing a key role in advancing the organization’s operational and strategic objectives.
Her responsibilities include financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, Human Resources, banking relationships, tax reporting, and coordination with external accountants. Carol is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records, maintaining effective internal controls, and supporting the company’s workforce and administrative operations.
In addition to leading the company’s financial and human resources functions, Carol oversees critical corporate support services and provides executive support to the Chairman and senior leadership team. She assists with strategic planning, organizational initiatives, administrative coordination, policy implementation, and the execution of key business objectives. Her broad knowledge of the company’s operations and extensive institutional experience make her a trusted advisor and valuable resource in supporting executive decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
Carol holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College and has pursued additional studies through the School of Management at the University at Buffalo.
