Maintenance Control Center

Knowing how critical your communications network is to your business our objective is to ensure maximum system availability for all of our customers. All problems detected at customer facilities are reported through the Maintenance Control Center (MCC), which is the focal point of our field engineering operations. Customers can
access the MCC via our toll-free hotline, which operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. At the MCC, a maintenance dispatcher coordinates the deployment of our field engineers. Before doing so, all pertinent diagnostic information is retrieved from our MCC Database.

This information is then supplied to the field engineer so that a plan of action, which includes any spare parts required, is known prior to their dispatch. Once dispatched, the MCC monitors the progress of work performed in the field and coordinates all activities with the customer. All new information is then logged into the database for future reference.

The MCC Database stores complete customer profiles and service histories to ensure that all pertinent information is readily available to the dispatcher and field engineers. The database includes complete listings of all customer locations with equipment, system diagrams and spare parts lists for each, as well as up-to-date information on all previous service calls.

Transwave Communications Systems, Inc. offers flexible service options to meet the diverse needs of its customers. Preventative maintenance programs and schedules are based on customers' individual requirements, industry standards, FCC regulations and manufacturer recommendations. Corrective maintenance is incorporated in our standard maintenance functions. This provides customer savings in the form of timely response to restore systems and repair of failed equipment. All programs provide both preventative  and corrective services, and can be customized to meet your specific requirements.
